Western Carolina University is transitioning from an on-premise Identity Provider (IdP- Microsoft ADFS) to Microsoft's cloud Identity Provider as a Service (IdPaaS - Azure Active Directory). This presentation provides an overview of benefits of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, issues and resolutions, and the process used to transition authentication an application to Azure Active Directory.
